Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Watch

  Securely place the watch in its original presentation box and include all manuals and warranty cards to ensure a valid return.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
